mSA-X Servo Drive

The 5th Generation of PWM Servo Amplifiers from Motion Control Systems sees the introduction of the mSA-X series which have been designed from the ground up to maximize reliability and high power operation while minimizing size. Modular, feature rich options allow the user to configure a solution that is optimized for their end application resulting in a high performance drive solution in a cost effective manner. MCS drive systems are field proven in a wide variety of servo/axis, spindle and other demanding high performance applications.

Mechanical Dimensions & Details

mSA-X series drives have legacy support, and are suitable for existing installations. Through an optional compatibility kit, mSA-X drives are mechanically backwards compatible and configurable to replace previous generation drives. Configurations can be done at the factory prior to shipment to make a true “drop-in” replacement of a legacy solution. Pre-configuration is available for most applications.

Thermal Management and other additional options are available for higher power/high frequency operation (heat-spreaders, finned heatsinks, fans, coldplates, etc…).

Please contact MCS for more information on thermal requirements.
